Welcome to Atlanta's Premiere Flat Fee Listing Team! We can service any resident in the Atlanta metro area including: Barrow, Bartow, Cherokee, Cobb, Dawson, DeKalb, Douglas, Forsyth, Fulton, Gordon, Gwinnett, Hall, Jackson, Lumpkin, Paulding, Pickens and Walton counties.
When you use our services, here is what you will receive.
MLS LISTING: Your property will be listed in the Realtors First Multiple Listing Service, (FMLS) & Georgia MLS for six months. You'll receive a copy of the listings.
PHOTOS: We will upload your photos on the FMLS & GaMLS and on Realtor.com. A recent study shows that a home with multiple photos gets six times more interest than listings with out photos.
REALTOR.COM: Your listing will also be on Realtor.com and many other Internet sites based on your level of service. A recent study by the National Association of Realtors found that 85% of home buyers search for a home on the Internet first.
YARD SIGN: You will get a Solid Source Realty Yard Sign and a financing sign. Fifteen percent of home buyers found their home through a real estate yard sign, according to a survey by the National Association of Realtors.
COMBINATION LOCK BOX: You will get a Master lock box These lockboxes can be attached to your home with the key safely inside. Only those that you give the combination to can access the key, which makes it easy for the property to be shown. The combination can be changed very easily so that you can always maintain control of your home.
BROCHURE/FLYER: You will receive and be able to print your own brochures/flyers from an electronic version we provide to pass out to buyers.
REQUIRED DISCLOSURES: You'll receive all of the required documents and forms that are needed to sell your property, including a purchase agreement, seller’s disclosure, & lead based paint disclosure.
GUARANTEE: If you do not sell your property with our Flat Fee MLS listing program we'll provide a local agent who will provide a traditional relationship and give you back what you paid at closing.
